actually the network u r catching i.e Tikona 18002090044 .. that is just for their advertising.. as u can see they have included their call center number also in their SSID..
when u actually go for the service.. they will give u a router… and through which u will connect… i.e u will connect using TDN_Home network… which ofcourse will be from ur router…
once the router catched good signal… network will be good.. and the signal for their internet is seperate from the Tikona 18002090044… which is purely for advertising purpose…
have been using tikona for a while now… been a good journey thus far…..
also those who have heavy downloads.. ask for SME plans… they usually wont tell u about these plans coz they are business plans but they do install them at ur premisis.. i have one..
Its “Unlimited Usage Plan XFUL1399″ @ 1Mbps… if u go for 1 Mbps unlimited under home scheme it costs 2999/month!!!
double the amount for SME plans…
so if u are heavy downloader like me… ask for SME plan….!!!
Tikona is very good.. defiintely recomend it… still if possible ask some of the exisitng users in ur area about their connectivity… sonce its a wireless broadband.. connectivity may vary form place ot place…

Almost forgot… on 1Mbps unlimited.. i usually get 110 – 120 KBps.. (1024Kbps/8 = 128 KBps) os almost near the ideal download speed… but on many occasions i have had speed of upto 235 KBps..!!!!!! and its not just momentary… it stays.. once got 200+ speed for arounf 5 hours at a stretch!!
