Tikona broadband a company with more then 1100 crores of investments is actually nothing. The management of the company is unaware that main router which distributes the internet to the area is taken off due to complains from owner of the building. When the entire router is pulled off and there is no internet in entire area, still tikona broadband sends bills worth Rs2000 for providing nothing.
More over tikona sends legal notices to me. My personal experience of using 7 years of internet connection, tikona is the most horrifying company ever known.
In spite of sending them 7 mails for constantly 7 days their support has taken no action. Repeatedly harnessing me with bills for which i never have used any internet. Finally i have no option left but to go with press and push these articles to newspapers.
Conclusion: Avoid Tikona use alternate broadband service, if you are facing same problem make a comment here and help tikona realize their mistake, hope the solve their problems.
There are many customers in my area itself faced the same problem.
